Amazon cancelled my book in error

I’ve got some frustrating news to share, but the fix is quick and easy.

Amazon mistakenly cancelled all 500 pre-orders for Book 8 — through no fault of yours or mine. To get the book back up and available, I’ve had to delete and re-upload it.
